Beer Yoga

Are you ready for a different and relaxed start to the day? Then come to beer yoga at ÅBEN Aarhus - a cosy session where we combine light movement with a cold beer in hand. ÅBEN is happy to invite Yo Studio, who will guide participants through an approximately hour-long set.

We take the yoga at a calm pace, so both beginners and beer-balancing experts can join in.

It costs DKK 175, and the price includes one beer.

Seating is limited, so sign up early.

Remember to bring your own yoga mat.
