BREATH – A Living Sculpture

Highlight

Location: Frederiks Allé

Yellow and black, big and bloated - perhaps a little dangerous at first glance, but actually quite soft and huggable. BREATH is an interactive sculpture for children of all ages and their adults that invites play, wonder and presence. The sculpture unfolds like a living being: it breathes, rises and fills the room with its striped forms that you can walk into, around and through.

Created by artist and director Nønne Mai Svalholm in collaboration with multi-artist Henrik Vibskov, BREATH is a sensory and site-sensitive experience that adapts to its surroundings and creates new spaces for interaction.

Come and meet a sculpture that breathes life into the imagination, invites play and touches both body and senses.

*The performance adapts to the weather: the sculpture may be raised, lowered, or change form during the experience. The dancers will always be part of the performance, regardless of the conditions.*
