Experience Aarhus Jazz Orchestra together with the fantastic singer Anne Hjort, as they breathe new life into some of the most memorable moments from Aarhus' vibrant music scene in the 1980s.
The concert is based on DR's documentary "Miraklet i Aarhus" and offers a row of songs that still are the backbone - from the iconic radio hits to the more quirky and lovable numbers that set the tone for an entire generation.
On stage, Mek Pek ties it all together as host of the concert - with stories, humor and personal glimpses from a time when Aarhus flourished as a musical epicenter in Denmark.
You can look forward to a musical journey back to a decade filled with energy, creativity and community when Aarhus Jazz Orchestra, the Municipal Department for Health and Care and FO Aarhus traditionally invite you to a concert at Aarhus City Hall.
