Dance and play for children and their adults in Byparken

Join us for a lively morning session for children aged 3-6 years and their adults in the centre of Aarhus Festuge. From 9:30 to 10:00, we invite you to move, play and dance together on the green grass of Byparken - a gentle and joyful start to the day, where the body wakes up and the imagination runs free.

We stomp like elephants and float like butterflies. Adults actively participate and have the opportunity to experience a different physical contact with their children - at eye level, on the grass, without shoes and with room for both calm and crazy antics.

This Sunday morning will feature free dance, rhythmic games and simple guided exercises. No special prerequisites are required - just curiosity, clothes you can move in, and a desire for presence through movement.

The activity is free, with the option of donating to teacher Matilde Mørk - we meet on the grass in front of the town hall.
