Danseteltet: CITYBALL with Nordisk Dans Aarhus

Nordisk Dans Aarhus invites you to a city ball during Aarhus Festival Week! We have gotten the opportunity of inviting you to dance in an outdoor dancing tent put up by Danseparaplyen, where our own musicians will provide music for the ball.

Prior, you can learn the basics in a workshop so that everyone can participate in the ball. At Nordic Dance, we dance Nordic folk dances – a collection of fun, cozy, easy, or difficult community dances, group dances, and couple dances. Everyone is welcome, whether you have danced plenty before or have never tried it. Come alone or with your friends, and if you don’t feel like dancing come anyway because the atmosphere is worth a visit! 

Program:

20.00-21.00: Workshop: ‘Survival on the dance floor’ by Nordisk Dans Aarhus

21.00-23.30: Ball – free dancing with instruction in a few community dances along the way.

We will be dancing in a dancing tent in Rådshusparken, which has a BIG dance floor
