Along the way, Wasibi.fm creates an atmosphere of live, experimental music that gets both vegetables and participants fermenting in time. It's all about immersion, rhythm and the slow craftsmanship that happens when we let nature do its thing.
You don't need any experience, just the desire to learn, chop, taste and let yourself flow. We provide the ingredients and the atmosphere. You'll leave with your own little kimchi and maybe a little more bubbles in your body.
