Gadefest: Börek workshop with Partizani Grill

Our friends from Partizani Grill are coming down to show how they make their traditional potato burek. You can watch them roll, fold, and bake – and even give it a try yourself.

Börek is a dish especially popular in the Balkans and the western part of Asia.

Note: If the weather is too wet or too hot, the workshop may be cancelled.

Aarhus Volume presents Gadefest at Klostertorvet – 10 days filled with music, talks, and creative vibes during the Festival, every day from 12 noon until midnight (and often later).
