Healing & Calmness

In this workshop, the focus will be solely on you. Nothing will be expected of you and you can come just as you are.

When you arrive (preferably in good time), you simply find a mattress and make yourself comfortable. Then just enjoy the calm music and my guided healing meditation.

After the guided meditation, there will be about 40 minutes of silence where I will send you healing for the theme you have already asked for help with.

This could be:

  • A conflict that bothers you

  • Something you want to be better at

  • An old belive that you are not good enough

  • Better at setting boundaries 

  • More peace in your nervous system

After the healing there will be plenty of time for integration and relaxation before we leave "Hjerterum" again - preferably in silence
