Streetparty: Clovis

Clovis, born Osée Clovis Nkezabahizi, is an artist with a remarkable story and a musical universe that moves both emotions and the dance floor. With roots in Burundi and a childhood in a refugee camp in Malawi, he moved to Denmark at the age of 12, where he discovered music as his way to express himself and connect with the world around him.

Today, Clovis is one of the most exciting artists on the Danish music scene, known for his unique fusion of afrobeat, amapiano, and Danish lyrics. His debut EP AMAHORO from 2023 has already opened doors to major stages – including in India, where he performed in front of 15,000 people in Chennai.

Clovis’ live performances are energetic, captivating, and unforgettable – he performs with a live band and professional dancers, creating a festive and authentic concert experience. With a mission to spread joy and inspire others, Clovis unites culture, rhythm, and storytelling in his music.

Aarhus Volume presents Streetparty at Klostertorvet – 10 days filled with music, talks, and creative vibes during the Festival, every day from 12 noon until midnight (and often later).
