Slush Eyes

With one finger in the air, Slush Eyes sings about melancholic, euphoric nights out, the surreal and lonely moments of existence, and love that falls apart on a cold curb on a Thursday night. When Slush Eyes performs, loneliness and insecurity are transformed into extravagant bubblegum colors, crystal-clear melodies, and irresistible beats.

In contrast to the closed circles of the city’s dance floors and the cool atmosphere of techno clubs, Mikkel and Kristoffer from Slush Eyes look back to the naivety and unpretentious togetherness of the ’90s. They embrace bright, pastel-colored melodies and grandiose chords, while a dark-blue melancholy floats through their bubblegum landscapes. It's a kind of Eurodance mixed with Nordic Noir and Danish irony.

Aarhus Volume presents Streetparty at Klostertorvet – 10 days filled with music, conversations, and creative vibes during Festugen, every day from 12 PM to midnight (and often later).
