Tom Donovan can only be described as a true Irish troubadour. He is a masterful entertainer whose powerful voice and dynamic guitar playing combine his own songs and traditional Irish ballads with his entertaining stories in a show filled with genuine Irish humour. Tom Donovan is always met with great enthusiasm and excitement - not least in Jelling, where he is performing for the 15th time this year. Tom Donovan has lived in Denmark for 25 years and has been a professional musician for 43 years. He started out in his hometown of Dublin and has since performed all over Europe with his huge repertoire of new and traditional Irish folk songs. This activity has made Tom one of the busiest singers on the Danish concert scene. For many years he has played around 150 concerts a year for one reason: the audience can't get enough of TOM DONOVAN
