When Total Hip Replacement & Anyankofo take over VoxHall, it will be with a captivating mix of reggae, soul and Ghanaian highlife, merging into a danceable and vibrant universe with brass arrangements, organic rhythms and an infectious mood. 

The Danish/Ghanaian band is known for their intense live energy and ability to unite musical traditions across continents. With a DMA under their belt for “Best Roots Live Band of the Year”, they have cemented themselves as one of the most exciting live acts on the international scene. 

The project was launched in full force in 2022 with the release of the album Anyankofo, which manifests the band's vision of collaborating with musicians across diverse backgrounds, pushing boundaries and building bridges.

Now they are ready with new material, which they recorded in Ghana in 2024 and 2025. The new tracks explore an even stronger collaboration through themes such as understanding, respect and friendship, while maintaining the special bubbling energy that makes their live concerts a party.
