Wild Technologies 2025 - Aarhus’ biggest celebration of technology

Vilde Teknologier is a two-day festival about technology, people and ideas – featuring talks, exhibitions and hands-on experiences for all ages. It all takes place at Dokk1 on August 29–30.

Friday focuses on talks and discussions, as professionals, researchers and politicians explore topics like AI, digital sovereignty and the role of technology in society. Hear from Lisbeth Knudsen, David Heinemeier Hansson and Morten Løkkegaard – and join debates on everything from health tech and digital rights to our shared future.

Please note: the talk programme and guided tours are in Danish, but everyone is welcome to explore the expo area, where English is spoken at all exhibitor booths.

Throughout the day, you can discover the expo with more than 40 exhibitors.

Meet, for example:

- Charlie and HuGo – two humanoid robots with personality

- Smart sensors that monitor forests and lakes

- Life-size satellites, plant labs and everyday tech innovations

- Ideas, inventions and solutions from municipalities, researchers and companies

There are also guided robot tours through the city, a look inside Dokk1’s massive parking robot, and a visit at DR Vejret.

Free admission – some activities require registration at vildeteknologier.dk

The festival continues Saturday with full focus on children – and even more tech experiences to explore.
