All Too Human

"All Too Human" is an outdoor "wander” exhibition in the Marselisborg Park during Aarhus Festuge.

It unfolds throughout the park, following the movements already taking place.

Along paths, near places to pause, in transitions and small moments of stillness.

The exhibition is rooted in what is human in all of us.

In the small possibilities that exist in everyday life.

Especially the possibility of being with ourselves – as we are.

The works appear as quiet points within the surroundings.

They may invite you to pause for a moment, let your gaze rest, and notice what is there.

As you move through the park, small in-between spaces begin to emerge.

Spaces where the pace slows slightly, and attention gathers.

The exhibition is created to become part of what is already happening in the area.

As something you can return to, pass by again, and use in your own way.

It makes room for recognition.

And for staying a little longer in what you are already in.
