Musical highlights

A tour de force through several of our era's well-known, beloved and celebrated musicals.

The choir celebrated its 20th anniversary this spring and has used the occasion to add a wealth of musicals to its repertoire. Audiences have, among other things, been welcomed to Merano from Chess, met Eliza from My Fair Lady on the street outside Covent Garden, enjoyed the joyful tunes of The Sound of Music … and then there was the mystery of the Wizard of Oz in Wicked. There were the great ballads from shows such as Evita, Rent and Miss Saigon. And finally, the popular songs from animated musical films like The Lion King, Brother Bear and Encanto. We can't reveal which songs it will be this time, but some of the above are most certainly included.
