Mads Laumann started behind the decks in 1989, aged 17, at Montmartre in Aarhus. Since then, he has made his way quietly and steadily through the Danish nightlife scene — not as the loud type, but as the one who was always there when the music was at its best. His world is sweaty funk and soulful house, deep house, garage, Afro rhythms and rare grooves — the music lives in the collections, not in the algorithms. The tracks linger in your body long after you’ve forgotten you were dancing to them.
