Elegies on Earth – artist talk

Join composer Katinka Fogh Vindelev and choreographer Marie Topp for an artist talk at KØN, where they will take the audience on a journey into the ideas and themes behind the music-theatre work *Elegies for the Earth*.

The conversation centres on the work’s connections between lament, the labour of birth and nature’s regenerative cycles – and on how voice, body and collective practices can open up new relationships with, and hope for, the future of the earth.

Along the way ,the audience will be treated to short musical excerpts from *Elegies for the Earth*, which can be experienced in its entirety on 4 and 5 September at Godsbanen.

The artist talk is organised in collaboration with KØN, Aarhus Festuge and Kind Of Opera.
