Festival Week in Fronthuset

Fronthuset Mejlgade 53 invites you to ten days of events during Aarhus Festival Week in our front courtyard.

Fronthuset is Aarhus' independent cultural house, where the city's emerging cultural community comes together to create a home for niche culture, progressive and experimental art and music, and not least the Hi-Fi and sound system culture that is currently flourishing throughout Aarhus' underground scene.

During Festival Week, Fronthuset presents a collaborative programme featuring concerts by local bands and artists, DJ sets, live radio broadcasts, street theatre, art installations, workshops, cultural and nightlife data collection projects, and much more. The programme is curated by the organisations and associations based at Fronthuset Mejlgade 53.

The programme is planned and produced in collaboration between the cultural and non-profit organisations C-Cube, Green Passion, Café Mellemfolk, Phono, Frontløberne, Embassy Aarhus, and Sydhavnsbølgen.
