This evening, we’ll be joined by Sall Whisky Distillery from Hammel in East Jutland, the makers of the 100% organic and handcrafted gin range Syv Sind.
Together, we invite you to an evening at Shima, where seven cocktails will be paired with seven dishes in a menu created especially for the occasion.
Our bartender and head chef Anne Kirstine has been given free rein to explore the different expressions and flavour nuances of Syv Sind Gin. The result is seven cocktails, each carefully paired with a dish, so that food and drink complement each other and enhance one another in new and surprising combinations.
Throughout the evening, Sall Whisky will share the story behind the distillery, the craftsmanship and the philosophy behind Syv Sind, offering an accessible insight into the work involved in producing organic spirits and developing flavours.
There will, of course, also be an opportunity to taste the gin neat and to buy a bottle to take home.
