Food Festival, taking place from 4–6 September 2026, is Denmark’s largest food festival.

Over three days, 30,000 food lovers gather at Tangkrogen in Aarhus to celebrate great food and shared experiences. More than 250 passionate food companies, producers, artisans, associations and organisations come together to create a vibrant world of flavours, where visitors can explore every aspect of food – from everyday inspiration to outstanding culinary craftsmanship.

Of course, you’ll find plenty of delicious tastings, but Food Festival is much more than that. The programme is packed with activities, workshops and live experiences that entertain, inspire and teach new skills in the kitchen. Across Tangkrogen’s 50,000 square metres, more than 250 unique food experiences await, ensuring a memorable day out for everyone – children and adults, passionate foodies and curious visitors alike.
