FRENCH SALON – Sam & The Soulmates Duo

During Aarhus Festuge, we’re moving the French salon out into the open air.

We invite you to an atmospheric late-summer evening at Shima, with music provided by Sam & The Soulmates Duo. Singer Sam (Samara Bahrami) and guitarist Morten Haugshøj will take you on a journey through a handful of French musical gems. With warmth, elegance and great musicality, the duo create a concert experience that invites both contemplation and a sense of community.

Live music and yakitori

To mark the festival week, our regular menu will be on hold, and instead we’ll be firing up the grill to serve a genuine Shima-style yakitori platter, packed with delicious treats from our local suppliers: Sommergrønt, Clausens Fiskehandel, SlagterRiget and PureDansk. The platter costs 385 per person and can only be ordered in the evening. We’ll fire up the yakitori at 5 pm and start grilling once the coals are ready <3
