From rosa curiosa to shocking pink

Exhibition and experiences in pink. How has the color been used, where did it come from, what picturesque stories are linked to pink in a Western context, and what is happening to pink today? A humorous Aarhusian short story about neighborhood and colours is included in the exhibition. How do we humans interact with color? Is color a social construction? You have the opportunity to physically try out pink in the gallery and explore color bias and tradition as a starting point for insight and change. I show: collage, objects, photo, painting and text.
