Get Up Close to Game Butchery | Food Festival

How does a piece of game become a meal? At the Food Festival, you can get up close and personal as Danmarks Jægerforbund demonstrates how to butcher game and talks about the craft, nature and the respectful use of the whole animal.

Along the way, you can ask questions, gain a unique insight into the process from nature to the table, and afterwards sample game meat prepared at the stand. An exciting experience for both children and adults with an interest in food, nature and fine craftsmanship.
