This weekend, we are delighted to welcome childhood friends Joseph Gibson and Steven O’Carolan to Aarhus as Howlin Hallions make their debut appearance at The Irish Tent during Aarhus Festuge.

Hailing from the folk music heartlands of Donegal and Derry, this dynamic duo brings a fresh and fearless energy to traditional Irish music. Combining fiddle, accordion, flute, guitar, and vocals, they breathe new life into classic reels, jigs, and folk songs with powerful rhythms, soaring melodies, and bold modern arrangements.

Their first three releases shot straight to the top of the iTunes Dance Charts, highlighting their unique ability to reinvent traditional Irish music for a new generation of listeners in Ireland and beyond.
