Kattens Big Band (1)

Kattens Big band is the big band of Aarhus Cathedral School and consists of dedicated young musicians who share a passion for rhythmic music. The band has a wide-ranging repertoire drawing inspiration from genres including jazz, funk, soul and swing, and is an integral part of the school’s vibrant music scene. Through concerts and collaborations, Kattens Bigband creates musical experiences characterised by a joy of playing, energy and a sense of connection. At Aarhus Festuge, the audience can experience the band’s lively and energetic concert – with plenty of energy and a joy of playing, live!!
