Kimilist

Ghanaian rapper and singer Kimilist is one of Ghana's most exciting rising voices, blending Afrobeats, hiplife, and hip-hop into a sound built on vivid storytelling and a distinct flow. He's been nominated for New Artiste of the Year and Hiplife Song of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards UK 2022, and Best Afropop Song of the Year in 2024.

His 2024 EP Bad Boy Diaries showcased his versatility with features from Larruso and Abbla Unique, while earlier standout tracks like "Anadwo" (with Black Sherif) and "Yente" picked up airplay on Complex UK, Highsnobiety Soundsystem, and international radio. He's shared stages with Ghanaian heavyweights E.L, Medikal, and Black Sherif at festivals including Promise Land Festival and the BAR Concert. Aarhus Festuge marks Kimilist's first performance in Europe.
