Spreads are an easy and delicious way to use vegetables and/or legumes in your everyday life. The possibilities and combinations of ingredients are endless. Just ask your German friends, they are the masters of spread.

In this workshop, Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke's climate justice group will teach you how you can easily make your own spreads with your favourite vegetables and inspire you to be creative with your ingredients. We will provide ingredients and a basic recipe that can be easily adapted to your preferences and to whatever you have in your fridge, and we will also share our favorite combinations. You will go home with many new ideas and a delicious self-made spread.
