LIVE PERFORMANCE: HOW DO WE LISTEN TO PLANTS?
CIRCULAR DAYS AT DOMEN ON 29 AUGUST; HOW DO WE LISTEN TO PLANTS?
The event is part of the full-day ‘Circular Days at Domen’ programme: The role of culture in the transition.
Circular Days at Domen, 27–30 August – part of the ‘Down-to-Earth Future’ programme track at Aarhus Festival.
The performance is part of the Circular Days at Domen all-day event; The Role of Culture in the Transition on Saturday 29 August at Domen on Pier 2.
The artist duo Rikke Lundgaard Ebling and Angelo Bannister invite the audience to take part in a game where we explore the dialogue between ourselves and plants. Can we use technology and measuring tools for this dialogue? And can we use art and music to communicate with one another? Through an attempt to blend and merge objective data with the artistically subjective encounter, we seek to connect with nature and our interaction with it, and to create a sense of accessibility to it.
We look forward to showcasing this encounter and creating shared accessibility together.
