Led by the French-speaking actress and singer Stinne Henriksen, the Mademoiselle de Paris orchestra is the icing on the cake for Francophiles. Carried on the wings of Edith Piaf, Georges Brassens, Georg Ulmer and others, the orchestra takes the audience on a triumphal procession beneath the skies and across the bridges of Paris.
