Mellerup Street Orchestra

Mellerup Efterskole’s Street Orchestra consists of around 75 students aged 15–18 who stand shoulder to shoulder to share their love of music, movement, and the sense of community that comes alive through large-scale musical performances. The choir sings in harmony and is accompanied by instruments such as brass, percussion, bass, and guitar. Movement and choreography add energy and expression to their concerts.

Throughout the year, they perform in streets, schools, festivals, and concert venues, both across Denmark and on international tours abroad.

Look forward to hearing the orchestra’s own interpretations of songs by artists such as Rihanna, Blur, MØ, and Benal.
