Morning Dance
For the third year in a row, you are invited to morning dance on the grass in Rådhusparken. Here, the day begins under the open sky with movement, music, presence and free participation.
The morning dance continues earlier Festival formats in which the City Hall Park has been used as an open morning space for movement, community and free participation. This year, the format unfolds over four days with three different instructors: Christine Sisu Wiklund, Matilde Mørk and Signe Erritzøe. With their different approaches to dance, they invite the public to open up the body, sense the beginning of the day and move together across age, experience and background.
Everyone can take part. No dance experience is required, and you can come alone or with others.

Intuitive Morning Dance
In intuitive dance, you are guided to explore, play with and try out the movements inside you that want to be expressed. Everyone can join, no steps are right or wrong, and you are guided to let go of self-judgement and lean into a more self-loving and pleasurable way of being in your moving body.
