Octopus Attack

With its huge arms, a giant octopus takes over Aarhus in *Octopus Attack*

You see it. You rub your eyes and then look again. Yes, those really are giant octopus arms you’ve spotted right in the middle of Aarhus!

For five days during this year’s Festuge, the urban installation Octopus Attack by artists Filthy Luker and Pedro Estrellatakes over the cityscape.

Go in search of the octopus’s enormous arms, whose colourful display captures both your attention and the buildings of Aarhus. It will pop up in various places around the city.

‘Octopus Attack’ is part of the Aarhus Festival’s street theatre programme.

Here’s where you’ll find Octopus Attack

1 September: Aarhus Central Station, 16:00–19:00

2 September: Aarhus Central Station, 1.00 pm – 5.00 pm

3 September: Lodstårnet (the former pilot’s house), Pier 3, Aarhus Harbour, 11:00 – 15:00

4 September: City Hall, 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm

5 September: City Hall, 11.00 – 14.00
