‘Release 🧠 free’

‘set your mind free’, in the spirit of community. We’re inviting you to ‘Art & Psychology’ at Kuplen.

Doing things together, creating something together, builds a sense of community. We therefore want to provide a setting where, during Aarhus Festival Week, you can experience creating a collaborative artwork together with artist Anne Langhøj. We have some lovely materials at Kuplen for you to use, and Anne will get things started. Whilst you’re painting and drawing, psychologist Gritt Graugaard will give a talk on what happens in our brains when we’re creative and dare to think creatively.

Headspace Aarhus will also be contributing with a talk and an intimate concert featuring Carmie.

Bring a friend, come on your own, bring your class – EVERYONE is welcome.

The event is aimed at 12–30-year-olds, as well as professionals who work with children and young people.
