Sambamax - DES Samba Parade

A spectacular, colourful and festive samba parade through the centre of Aarhus

Sunday 30 August 2026, starting from Musikhuset, Aarhus at 2.00 pm

Dancers and musicians from Denmark, Brazil and several other countries will fill the pedestrianised street with rousing drums, costumes featuring beautiful feathers and dazzlingly beautiful costumes

A large percussion orchestra led by Clarissa Altmann from Austria, and the dancers are led by Sophia Maria Fonseca from Brazil/Denmark
