Slug Sunday

Slug Sunday is a ‘relaxation music’ event concept that invites you to slow down and spend time together in a calming atmosphere.

The concept is partly inspired by the Japanese ‘listening café’ culture, known as ‘Jazz Kissa’. It is a type of café where the music takes centre stage, whilst everything else fades into the background.

You’re welcome to have a mindful chat, meditate, draw, write, read or simply do nothing at all. All is welcome, as long as you show consideration for the music and the people around you.

Today’s programme features three DJs from Aarhus: Darius Vaikas, Ramiro and DJ Sra. You can expect a gentle start with calm ambient and downtempo music, which will gradually build up to slow Brazilian rhythms provided by our guests - Batukizer.
