Social Sauna at SURF Agency

SURF Ageny invites you to Social Sauna in our panoramic sauna overlooking Aarhus Marina and Aarhus Ø. We offer a sensory respite over 3 hours, where we focus on community in the heat, and where you can get a small taste of what saunagus is. We have room for 16 people at a time, so you're in for an intimate and attentive experience. You book one hour at only DKK 95.

Here you can unplug, feel the heat and come together in a community in the centre of the city. It's the perfect sensory counterpoint to the Festugen programme - an informal space where we drop our facades and recharge together.

Event description

Each session lasts 1 hour and alternates between intense immersion in the sauna and social breaks with room to cool off in the cold water tub and chat. During each hour-long session, we run a taster of a sauna shower of approximately 12 minutes duration, so you can choose the energy you need:

Show 1 - Freshness (15.00-16.00): Crisp scents that reset the mind, open the airways and gear the body down after the fast pace of the Festuge.

Gus 2 - Forest (16:00-17:00): Deep, calming scents that bring the tranquillity of nature right into the sauna and invite mental contemplation.

Gus 3 - Energy (17:00-18:00): Invigorating scents and dynamic fan technique that will send you back into the cultural world with renewed energy.

The following is included: Bathing facilities, cold water tub, indoor changing for both men and women, water and electrolytes.

As always, we wear swimwear in the sauna, and there are indoor changing facilities available.
