Denmark’s wildest Balkan band is back!

The legendary Balkan band Tako Lako is back on the live scene after a break of several years. The band achieved cult status throughout the 2010s, when they blew audiences away with their wild and trance-inducing live shows. Tako Lako are now back with a new show, new music, but the same wild energy!

With numerous awards to their name, Tako Lako’s psychedelic Balkan beats have catapulted the Copenhagen-based musicians far beyond the country’s borders – and have earned Tako Lako an impressive international career, during which they have performed at legendary festivals such as Glastonbury Festival, SXSW, Bestival and Sziget, as well as Danish shows at Roskilde, Smukfest, Musik i Lejet and many more.

The band’s hundreds of concerts have time and again impressed the critics, as Gaffa wrote following their most recent gig at the SPOT Festival: ‘One of the best-executed live shows I’ve ever seen’ (6/6 stars).
