THE DUO: A KORT A LANG

‘A Kort A Lang’ is a guitar duo from Aarhus who have provided music for sing-alongs, dance floors and parties at countless town festivals across Central Jutland.

The duo consists of two lads from Jutland, Jonas and Peter. When they perform as a guitar duo, you can expect classic rock, sing-alongs and music that goes down a treat with a cold draught beer.

They play the songs you know from the Danish musical heritage, sprinkled with hits from all over the world. With a penchant for crisp guitar riffs and harmonies, they cover artists including Dire Straits, Kim Larsen, Minds of 99, Johnny Madsen, John Mogensen, Prince, Gnags and Thomas Helmig. 

Their mission is to get the audience tapping their feet, singing along and giving them a real treat with some well-played music. Jonas “A Kort” is the ‘riff minister’ with nimble fingers on all those sweaty solos and guitar riffs, whilst Peter “A Lang” provides the solid foundation, playing the drum kit with his feet and rhythm guitar with his hands. 

It almost sounds like a whole band when they play live – but they’re just two lads. And you can be sure they’ll make the party even better.
