The Rubbish Truck Is Coming!

Bring the whole family to Festugeparken and get up close to one of our rubbish trucks.

Join us for a fun afternoon where you can get a close-up look at the rubbish truck and see how it works when we come out to collect your rubbish.

You can see how we sort your rubbish into two separate compartments, have a go at emptying a waste bin, or climb into the driver’s seat and be a rubbish collector for a while.

You can also find out who in the family is best at sorting rubbish in our Big Waste-Sorting Challenge. There are some great prizes up for grabs!
