Unlock Aarhus – outdoor escape game

The people of Aarhus are living under the iron grip of the ruthless Dictator Zorgwolf. But now, hope has arrived: A double agent has stolen the dictator’s personal notebook - containing clues to a TOP SECRET escape tunnel and the key needed to unlock it.

The notebook, however, is filled with cryptic codes and puzzling riddles, and the double agent needs your help!

Unlock Aarhus is a real-world escape game for grown-ups, played across the city centre. Embark on an adventure through the streets of Aarhus, where hidden gems, cryptic clues, and quirky puzzles await around every corner, and learn about Aarhus as a bonus. Older kids can participate together with an adult.

Race against the clock and compete for a top spot on the leaderboard – or take your time and enjoy the experience at your own pace. The game is interactive with GPS and facilitated by the UrbiHunt mobile app.

The game is created by UrbiHunt, an Aarhus-based escape game company known from the radio show Troldspejlet by Denmark’s national broadcaster DR.
