Vox Mariæ X Stemmer bygger bro

Enjoy a free, atmospheric summer concert with Vox Mariæ, in collaboration with Stemmer Bygger Bro, as part of the Aarhus Festuge.

Vox Mariæ is an ambitious classical choir for women aged 20–35. The choir consists of around 24 experienced choral singers. It was founded in 2012 and has been led by Severin Korsgaard from 2019 until the summer of 2026.

The choir’s repertoire spans a broad range of a cappella music from various periods, ranging from the Danish song tradition to new folk music arrangements, amongst other things. Vox Mariæ defines itself as a women’s choir rather than a girls’ choir and strives for a mature, creative and serious expression in terms of sound, repertoire choice and musicality.
