Workshop: Guided Meditation and Talk with Inner Projects

How does our inner life affect the way we connect with other people?

In this two-hour Inner Projects session, we’ll explore relationships from two perspectives: our relationship with ourselves and our connection with others. With love and friendship as our starting point, we’ll take a closer look at the patterns, needs and reactions that shape our relationships – often without us even noticing.

The first part consists of a guided workshop with meditation, breathwork and reflection. We’ll create space to turn our attention inward and become more aware of what we bring into our relationships. Participants will be introduced to practical tools that can strengthen presence, self-awareness and our ability to navigate interactions with others more consciously.

In the second part, we’ll open up the space for a facilitated talk with selected guests and the audience. Through personal experiences and different perspectives, we’ll explore love, friendship, vulnerability, expectations and the things that can sometimes be difficult to put into words.

A session for anyone curious about how greater self-awareness can create stronger and more authentic relationships with others.

Inner Projects

Inner Projects was founded by Sheraz Azeemi and Eva. Sheraz is a medical student who works with communicating topics including neuroscience, physiology and mental health. Eva is trained as a trauma therapist and has many years of experience with meditation, mindfulness and facilitating workshops that strengthen our understanding of our own patterns, reactions and inner processes.

Through meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, talks and other practices, they explore topics such as relationships, attention, mental wellbeing and personal development. Their ambition is to bridge the gap between evidence-based knowledge about the body and mind and the practices that allow us to actually feel and experience these things in our own lives.
