Zabava

The group ‘Zabava’ (which means ‘party’ in Macedonian) is a band from Aarhus that plays festive and lyrical Balkan music from countries including Macedonia, Bulgaria and Greece.

Experience music that invites you to celebrate and dance, whilst also expressing longing, pain and love. It’ll be hard to stand still!

Uffe Holmsgaard Eriksen: clarinet, bouzouki, vocals

Lotte Kielberg: accordion, vocals

Jeremy Newton: violin, vocals

The music programme is for aged 18 and over unless accompanied by an adult.
