Practical information for guests

We recommend using public transport to and from the events. Check Midttrafik or Rejseplanen for routes and departure times.
No special parking areas have been established in connection with Aarhus Festival - we refer to the regular parking spaces and car parks in Aarhus City Centre.

We have set up extra toilets in the high activity areas of Festugen:

• Mølleparken

• Byparken (Rådhusparken/Musikhusparken)

In addition, you can use the public toilets in Aarhus city centre.

Our Safe House is located at Mølleparken. You can always come here if you feel unsafe or need help.

In the City Park you'll find the Festival Info Centre, staffed in the morning and evening hours. Here you'll meet our volunteer info hosts who will help you with practical questions and guide you in using both our online programme and app. You'll find them here.
You can recognise them by the fact that they are wearing this year's Festuge t-shirt and keychain.

If you find or lose something at an event that we organise ourselves, you can contact the Aarhus Festuge secretariat.

We regularly deliver collected items to the Lost and Found Office in Aarhus, which you should then contact.

In our programme, you can find the contact details of the responsible organiser under each event. If you are unsure where to contact the organiser, you can always refer there.
